中国政治精英的成长因素初探——基于内容分析法的研究

A Preliminary Study on the Growth Factors of China's Political Elite——Research Based on Content Analysis Method

通过对中国经济网报道的2016年中国大陆31个省市自治区384位现任常委个人简历内容分析,对影响中国政治精英成长的因素进行识别,结果表明:年龄、教育和性别是影响中国政治精英成长的三大主要因素。并进一步分析三个因素影响中国政治精英成长的具体情况,最后对这种情况进行了具体探讨。

Through the China Economic Net reported by 2016, China 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions of 384 current standings resume content analysis of factors affecting the growth of China＇s political elite are identified. The result showed that sex , age and education are three main factors of the growth of China＇s political elite, and further that the three factors affect the growth of China＇s political elite, at the end of this situation were discussed in detail.
