依据非营利组织基本类型的概念解析与主要特征,认为青少年体育俱乐部兼具社会团体与民办非企业单位的部分特征,但又不能完全归属于其中的任何一种类型,青少年体育俱乐部是一种特殊的非营利组织,其基本属性为官民两重性、非营利性、组织性、公益性和志愿性。

Based on the conceptual description of non-profit organizations＇ basic types and their major characteristics,it is considered that China＇s youth sport clubs holds part of the features of both social groups and civil non-enterprise units,if not identified as either of them.China＇s youth sport clubs are a special type of non-profit organization, whose fundamental properties are government-civil duality, non-profit, formal organizing,public interest oriented,and voluntary.
