犬儒态度与青少年锻炼需求满足感:应对方式的中介

Cynical Attitudes and Adolescent Physical Exercise Need Satisfaction:A Mediating Effect of Coping Style

考察犬儒态度、应对方式对青少年锻炼需求满足感的影响,检验应对方式的中介效应。采用修订版大学生犬儒态度量表、简易应对方式量表和自编锻炼需求满足感量表对550名13~18岁学生(男267人,女283人)进行调查。结果表明:青少年具备了中高水平的犬儒态度和中低程度的锻炼需求满足感,除环境犬儒,女生在政策犬儒、学校犬儒和学习犬儒上均低于男生,而且,关联需求、能力需求和自主需求皆低于男生;犬儒态度、应对方式是青少年锻炼需求满足感的前因变量,其中,犬儒态度对锻炼需求满足感负向影响显著,消极应对方式对锻炼需求满足感负向影响显著,积极应对方式对锻炼需求满足感正向影响显著;在犬儒态度影响青少年锻炼需求满足感时,应对方式具备了部分中介效应。结论:改善犬儒态度、通过调动主观能动性来培养积极应对方式,可能会有效提升青少年的锻炼需求满足感。

This paper explores the influence of cynical attitudes on adolescent ＇s need satisfaction of physical exercise as well as the mediating effect of coping style.Through using the revised version of Brockway＇ s scale for cynical attitudes toward college（CATC）,simplified coping style questionnaire（SCSQ）,and self compiled satisfaction scale in physical exercise（SSPE）,this paper makes investigation on 550 adolescent of different age and gender.Results indicate that adolescent hold high levels of cynical attitude and low levels of need satisfaction of physical exercise,and except for environment,female cynical attitudes of policy,school and learning are lower than male,as well as their correlation needs,competency need and independent need.Cynical attitude and coping style are the important antecedent variables of physical exercise need satisfaction,among which,cynical attitude has a significant negative effect on physical exercise need satisfaction,and the negative coping style has a significant negative effect on it,while the positive coping style has a significant positive effect on it.The coping style has the partial mediating effect when cynical attitude affecting adolescents ＇ physical exercise needs satisfaction.Conclusions： Relieving adolescents＇ cynical attitude,moreover,developing the positive coping style by mobilizing the subjective initiative might be the effective ways that promote exercise need satisfaction for adolescent.
