运用文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法,对张家港市草根足球俱乐部发展现状进行调研。调查显示:张家港市草根足球俱乐部在组织管理上多采用企事业内部管理,活动场所以学校及体育中心场地设施为主,活动经费筹集以企业赞助和会员自筹相结合,俱乐部内涵建设主要体现在章程、队旗、口号层面。指出,场地、时间、专业指导等是困扰草根足球俱乐部可持续发展的因素。加强俱乐部自我组织建设及争取政府部门的协助和支持是张家港市草根足球俱乐部健康发展的必然选择。

Using literature,interview and other research methods,the development of grassroots football club in Zhangjiagang city is surveyed.Result shows： Inner management is the common way in club management.Schools and sport centers offer the main field.Funds come from both enterprise sponsor and member self-raised.Club inner construction relies on articles,banners and slogans.Restriction factors for its development are fields,time and professional guidance.It is an inevitable choice for grassroot football clubs to strengthen their own organizational construction as well as to seek for supports from government.
