早期选材的研究现状与展望

Progress in Research and Development of Talent Selection at Early Age

举国体制下运动员的每一笔开销来源都是依靠政府的财政拨款,早期选材成功率的高低影响着政府的收支比例,早在20世纪70年代,中国学者就借鉴国外的选材研究与经验,综合本国的训练体制,从不同的科学角度开展了科学选材的研究,经过几十年的发展,大批的研究成果相继问世,如《运动员科学选才》《运动员竞技能力与选材标准》《我国优秀青少年运动员科学选材成果汇编》等,从而也给大多项目的选材提供了科学的依据。本文通过文献资料法、数据统计法、逻辑分析法对运动员选材发展现状进行阐述说明,旨在为后续对于选材的进一步发展提供一定的理论依据。

Under the whole nation system,all costs of athletes comes from fiscal appropriation,thus the success rate of talent selection at early age influences the income and expense rate of government.As early as in 1970s,Chinese scholars began scientific talent selection from different point of view by referring to foreign studies and considering our own training system.After tens of years of development,many research achievements emerged,such as ＂Scientific Selection of Athletes＂,＂Athletes Performance and Selection Standard＂,and ＂Collection of Chinese Youth Scientific Selection＂,which offers scientific evidence for the talent selection for most sports.By using research methods of literature,data statistics and logical analysis,this paper illustrates the present situation of selection development to offer references for later researches.
