摘要
针对目前我国脐带连接器存在的不足,对火箭自动对接脱落低温连接器进行研究。研究分析火箭连接器3-PSS机构的运动学特性,在推导其机构运动学正、反解数学方程的基础上,应用Matlab/Simulink仿真分析活塞杆与动平台中心点的运动学关系。结果表明:3-PSS机构能实现连接器的对接动作,满足设计的区域空间要求。
Aiming at the shortcoming of the Chinese actuator umbilical cord connector, research at the rocket automatic docking and dropping low temperature connector. Analyze kinematic characteristics of rocket connector 3-PSS mechanism. Based on derivation of forward and inverse solution mathematical equation of mechanism kinematic, use Matlab/Simulink to simulate and analyze kinematic relationship of piston rod and mobile platform center. The results show that 3-PSS mechanism to realize connector docking and satisfy design area space requirement.
