新媒体的发展给高校思想政治教育带来了新问题、新挑战和新机遇。大学生群体作为新媒体技术的最先体验者,他们的思想观念、思维方式、行为方式无不烙上新媒体时代的痕迹。新媒体时代提升高校思想政治教育的实效性必须牢固树立全方位服务学生的工作理念,主动占领网络新媒体阵地;利用新媒体技术来建立思想政治理论课网络教学平台;打造具有较高媒介素养的思想政治教育工作队伍;创新教育方式弘扬社会主义核心价值观。

The development of new media brings new problems, new challenges and new opportunities to college ideological and political education. College students as the first group to experience new media technology, their ideas, ways of thinking and behaviors are all marked by the new media age. In order to promote pragmatieality of college ideological and political educalion, it is necessary to establish the philosophy to service students comprehensively, take the initiative to occupy new media positions, establish the network teaching platform of ideological and political theoretical course by using the new media technology, build the ideological and political education team with higher media literacy and innovative education means to carry forward the social mainstream values and socialist core values.
