高校学生评教有效性缺失原因分析及对策 被引量:2

摘要 高校学生评教的有效性指的是评教能否客观真实反映教师的教学水平,能否有效促进教学质量的提高。在学生评教制度实施过程中,由于学生无法客观公正评教,教师不能正确对待评教,教学管理部门评教过程组织不力,评教结果使用不当,导致高校学生评教有效性缺失。要提升高校学生评教的有效性需要师生加强信息交流,避免误判导致评价信息失真;需要多主体参与,全方位了解教师教学情况,提高信息的可靠性;需要定性评价和定量评价相结合,形成性评价与终结性评价相结合,合理利用评价结果;需要评教和评学相结合,师生相互促进,共同发展。 The effectiveness of students' evaluation of teaching in colleges refers to whether the evaluation of teaching can reflect the teaching level of teachers objectively and truly, and can promote the improvement of teaching quality effectively. In the process of teaching evaluation system, the evaluation of teaching by students is not objective and impartial, teachers cannot correctly treat the teaching evaluation, the poor organization in teaching process on teaching management, and improper use of teaching evaluation results lead to the lack of effectiveness of teaching evaluation by undergraduates. To improve the effectiveness of evaluation of teaching by tern, teachers and students need to strengthen the exchange of information and avoid untrue information caused by miscarriage of justice, to participate more by themselves, understand the situation of teaching comprehensive and improve the reliability of the information, to combine qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation, formative evaluation and summative evaluation, and use of the evaluation results reasonably, to combine assessment of teaching with learning evaluation, and teachers and students promote each other for common development.
