摘要
文章针对影响生鲜产品耗损的运输和缩水两个因素,建立单生产商和两零售商构成的两级供应链;并分别建立分散式和集中式供应链采用与不采用RFID技术时的stakelberg博弈模型,分析了RFID技术下标签成本(缩水恢复率)对生鲜产品供应链企业收益的影响。研究表明:分散式供应链模型中,零售商和生产商可承担的RFID技术标签成本(缩水恢复率)临界值相同,且集中式和分散式供应链标签成本(缩水恢复率)的临界值也相同;当标签成本(缩水恢复率)小于(大于)临界值时,生鲜产品供应链投资RFID技术时的收益增加。
Aiming at the two factors about transportation and shrinkage which influence of fresh products consumption, we established two echelon supply chain consisting of one manufacturer and two retailers; and established a centralized and decentralized supply chain with stakelberg game model by considering two situations of adopting RFID and not adopting RFID. We 'also calculated the critical value of RFID tag cost (shrinkage recover), rate) in the two model. The research shows that the critical values of RFID tag cost (shrinkage recovery rate) are the same for retailers and manufacturer in centralized and decentralized supply chain models.
