摘要
文章考虑制造商剩余制造能力共享的动态性及其对产品需求产生的影响,利用随机微分对策理论,研究云平台提出成本分担对供应链系统优化影响问题。运用汉密尔顿—雅可比—贝尔曼方程,分别求得了合作策略和云平台提出成本分担策略的均衡制造能力共享有效匹配努力水平、剩余制造能力共享有效匹配水平及其期望和方差和云平台成本分担比例,并对这两种情形进行了数值比较分析。研究发现,参与方的合作促进了制造能力共享有效匹配水平的提高;云平台提出的成本分担契约不仅提高了供应链系统总利润,且降低了制造能力共享实施的风险,进一步使供应链系统得到优化。
Considering the stochastic dynamics of manufacturing capacity sharing and the impact on product demand, we study the problem of cloud plafform cost-sharing contract on supply chain system optimization applying stochastic differential game theory, By using the Hamihon-Jacobi-Bellmann equation, the equilibrium matching level of the surplus manufacturing capacity sharing, the effective matching level of the participating parties, and the expected, variance of matching level of the surplus manufacturing capacity sharing and cloud platform cost sharing ratio, were compared and analyzed in the cooperative sharing and cloud platfom cost sharing. We find that: the cooperation of the participants in the manufacturing capacity sharing facilitated the improvement of the effective matching level of the manufacturing capacity sharing, and the cloud platform proposed to cost sharing not only to improve the total profit of the supply chain, but also to reduce the risk of manufacturing capacity sharing. So that the supply chain system further optimized.
