摘要
为研究不同能量饲料构成对生长期中国荷斯坦公犊牛能量与蛋白转化效率的影响,选择品种来源一致、发育良好、体重(107.96±14.48)kg的3月龄中国荷斯坦早期断奶公犊27头随机分为3组,以精料补充料中不同能量饲料构成(蒸汽压片玉米、常规玉米+4%植物油、常规玉米)与复合营养调控剂(微生态制剂、复合酶制剂、甘露寡糖)为影响因子,采用2×2复合拉丁方试验设计,研究不同能量饲料构成对3~8月龄奶公犊能量与蛋白转化效率的影响。结果显示,常规玉米+4%植物油型日粮的ADG显著优于蒸汽压片玉米和常规玉米型日粮,分别提高16.61%(P<0.01)和9.09%(P<0.05),蛋白沉积量与能量转化效率略优于蒸汽压片玉米和常规玉米型日粮,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。3种复合营养调控剂对奶公犊ADG、DMI和饲料转化率调控效果相近(P>0.05),复合酶制剂和微生态制剂对蛋白质消化利用及能量转化沉积有进一步改善趋势。结果表明,在相同蛋白质水平和粗饲料结构条件下,犊牛精料补充料中以常规玉米+4%植物油为能量饲料来源,可显著提高3~8月龄中国荷斯坦早期断奶公犊ADG,显著改善犊牛的饲养效果;添加0.20%微生态制剂、0.10%复合酶制剂、0.16%甘露寡糖对3~8月龄中国荷斯坦早期断奶公犊的生长性能、能量与蛋白转化效率有着相似的调控效果。
An experiment was conducted to ascertain the effect of different energy sources ingredient on energy and protein conversion efficiency. 27 healthy China Holstein early weaned bull calves with the body weight of" (107.96+ 14.48) kg and around 3 months age were divided into three treatment groups randomly by using of 2x2 Latin square design. The feeding trial, digestion trial and metabolism trial were performed by taking the steam-flaked maize, maize plus 4% vegetable oil, maize and com- plex-prohiotics, multi-enzyme preparations, mannan oligosaccharide as experimental factors. The re- suits showed that the maize plus 4% vegetable oil type ration achieved an optimal ADG, protein depo- sition and energy conversion efficiency. The ADG was higher than those of steam-flaked maize and maize type rations by 16.61% (P〈0.01), 9.09% (P〈0.05), but the protein deposition and energy conver- sion was non-significantly(P〉0.05). Three nutritive regulating agents of complex-probioties, muhi-en- zyme preparations, mannan oligosaccharide had a much close effect on ADG, DMI and conversion efficiency of feed. Otherwise compound enzyme and probiotics to protein digestion and utilization and energy deposition had further improvement trend. It indicated that taking the maize plus 4% vegetable oil as main energy sources ingredient of calf concentrate could improve ADG significantly. And adding 0.20% complex-probiotics, 0.10% multi-enzyme preparations and 0.16% mannan oligosaccharide would reach much close regulating effects on the growth pert'onnance, energy and pro- tein conversion efficiency to 3 to 8 months age of China Holstein early weaned bull calves.
