This paper introduces the shortcomings of China＇s dairy industry in the process of transformation, such as regulations and policies, production and research convergence, supervision and law enforcement, scientific and technological awareness and so on. Then, paper puts forward some suggestions on how to provide theoretical consideration for the transformation and upgrading of modem dairy industry.
