通腑定喘汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热壅肺型患者MMP-9/TIMP-1失衡的影响

Influence of Tongfu Dingchuan Decoction on Expression of MMP-9/TIMP-1 in Acute Exacerbation Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patients with Syndrome of Phlegm-heat Obstructing Lung

[目的]探讨通腑定喘汤对慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期(Acute Exacerbation Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD)痰热壅肺型患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(Matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)/基质蛋白金属酶抑制剂-1(tissue inhibitor of metalloprotease-1,TIMP-1)的影响。[方法]60例AECOPD属痰热壅肺型患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例;两组常规治疗相同,治疗组予每日加用通腑定喘汤,连用14d。酶联免疫吸附法检测两组患者治疗前后血清MMP-9及TIMP-1含量。[结果]组间比较,治疗后治疗组患者血清MMP-9含量及MMP-9/TIMP-1比值均较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。组内比较,治疗组患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1含量及MMP-9/TIMP-1比值较治疗前降低,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。[结论]通腑定喘汤对AECOPD痰热壅肺型患者血清MMP-9/TIMP-1失衡有调节作用。

[Objective] To observe the effect of Tongfu Dingchuan Decoction on expression of MMP-91TIMP-1 in acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung. [Methods] 60 patients of AECOPD with syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung were randomly divided into two groups（each n=30）. The treatmeat group were treated by Tongfu Dingchuan Decoction, while all patients in the two groups were treated following the routine western medicine. All patients would be treated for 14 days. MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunoassay（ELISA）.[Results] After the therapeutic course, compared with normal group, the expressions of MMP-9 and MMP-9/TIMP-1 in serum were decreased in patients with COPD（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Tongfu Dingchuan Decoction has effect on patient with AECOPD by regulating the balance of MMP-9/TIMP-1.
