摘要 [目的]综述近5年来中药对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的作用及机制的研究进展。[方法]通过中国知网、万方、Pub Med等数据库检索近5年来国内外关于乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的中药实验研究文献,总结近年来干预乳腺癌MCF-7细胞作用明显的多种中药对乳腺癌MCF-7作用机制研究概况。[结果]多种中药单体及复方可以通过:(1)调节生长周期蛋白抑制MCF-7细胞生长;(2)通过死亡受体及线粒体介导的两条经典凋亡路径促进其凋亡;(3)通过抑制EGFR信号通路及新生血管的形成抑制其转移;(4)通过下调P-gp蛋白表达逆转其耐药等途径作用于乳腺癌MCF-7细胞。[结论]中药复方及单体能多靶点、多方面作用于乳腺癌MCF-7细胞,作用显著。但目前仍缺乏对复方各组分的深入研究,有待于进一步的拓展,为传统中医治疗乳腺癌提供实验依据。 [Objective] Summarizing the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in effect on breast cancer cell MCF-7 in recent five years.[Methods] By querying the nearly five years of the domestic and foreign literature about the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on breast cancer MCF-7 cells from CNKI,Wang Fang data,PubMed, etc, summarizing the advances in studies on various traditional Chinese medicine effective prevention and treatment for breast cancer MCF-7.[Results] Traditional Chinese medicine monomer and compound through the same or different ways play a role in breast cancer MCF-7 cells, for example, (1)adjusting the growth cycle protein to inhibit the growth of MCF-7 cells, (2)promoting the apoptosis through two classic pathways mediated by death receptor and mitochondrion, (3)inhibiting the formation of angiogenesis and the EGFR pathway, (4)reversing the muhidrug resistance by reducing the expression of P-gp.[Conclusion] The traditional Chinese medicine monomer and compound play a significant role in breast cancer MCF-7 cells in many ways with the multi-target. However, there is still lack of in-depth studies on the components of the compound, which needs further expansion to provide an experimental basis for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of breast cancer.
