摘要
针对机械职业技能人才培养不能满足职业技能人才需求的问题,提出以学生职业技能和职业素养为培养核心,通过校企合作、学校与企业导师一起指导学生的模式,创新"校企双主体办学、双导师共同育人"的人才培养新模式,创新现代学徒制的教学形式,构建双线交织的课程体系,实行"全程化监控+双向介入评价"的教学评价与监督。这种工学交替的现代学徒制教学方法能够较好地提升学生的职业技能水平和职业素养,实现了"学校—企业""学生—学徒—员工"的无缝对接,是培养"工匠"型人才的有效手段。
To solve the problem that the teaching of manufacturing skill cannot meet the enterprise demands, a new training way is presented. It takes students' occupation skills and occupation accomplishment as the core, the school and enterprises collaborate, and teachers and engineer cooperate to train the students. The cultivation mode of "double subjects, double tutor". The modem apprenticeship teaching form is innovated, and the mixed curriculum system is constructed, the "whole process monitoring and two way intervention evaluation" of teaching assessment is employed. The vocational skill and vocational attainment of students could be well promoted by the modem apprenticeship, and the seamless docking of "school--enterprise", and "student -- apprentice -- employee" could be achieved. It is an effective meadure for cultivation of skillful workers.
