心房超声心动图对心力衰竭患者的应用价值 被引量:10

Application value of atrial echocardiography in patients with heart failure

摘要 心力衰竭(心衰)是由多种心脏疾病和血管疾病共同作用发展成的终末阶段,是心血管疾病的危重结局,因此及早发现、提前干预尤为重要。心房功能与心衰的发生密切相关,更重要的是左心房功能在心衰的早期就已发生改变。左房功能不全可作为心衰的早期独立预测因素。因此有效评估心房功能有助于完善心衰多方面的监测。本文结合各种超声心动图全面评价心衰患者的左心房功能变化,对心衰的发生发展、诊断、预测、治疗及预后各阶段的不同特点作简要阐述。 Heart failure is the final stage of the cardiovascular disease, which developed trom a variety of heart disease and vascular disease. So early detection and intervention are particularly important. It's reported that atrial function was closely related to the occurrence of heart failure, and left atrial dysfunction could be used as an independent predictor of heart failure. Therefore, effective assessment of atrial function is helpful in the prevention of heart failure. In this paper, the changes of left atrial function in patients with heart failure were evaluated by ecbocardiography, and the occurrence and development of heart failure, diagnosis, prediction, treatment and prognosis of different characteristics of each stage are briefly described.
