快慢综合征的消融治疗:一箭双雕? 被引量:1

摘要 传统的心脏起搏器植入治疗快慢综合征已经有数十年的历史。近年来由于导管消融技术的迅猛发展,新的治疗方法引起人们的关注。导管消融在消除心房颤动(房颤)的同时,避免了永久性起搏器植入,但此法颇具争议。本文总结导管消融术治疗快慢综合征的研究进展与临床意义,以期为该技术未来的走向提供参考。 Traditional pacemaker implantation has a history decades of years for curing tachycardia-bradycardia syndrome. In recent years, due to the rapid development of catheter ablation technology, new treatment has aroused people's attention. Catheter ablation could effectively eliminate both atrial-tachyarrhythmias and long pause for tachyeardia-bradycardia syndrome, without implanting pacemaker, while this method is controversial. This article summarizes the research progress and clinical significance of catheter ablation in the treatment of taehycardiabradycardia syndrome, in order to provide a reference for the future direction of the technology.
