摘要
正常状态下骨骼肌中有一定量脂滴存在,在骨骼肌急性损伤、肌营养不良症、肌萎缩、肥胖和糖尿病等病理状态下,骨骼肌中脂肪沉积增多,并在上述疾病发生和发展中发挥重要作用。但骨骼肌中脂肪沉积发生和发展的具体调节机制尚不够清楚,阐明骨骼肌中脂肪沉积的关键信号途径和调控因子,发掘改善骨骼肌脂肪沉积的新途径和新方法,不仅将有助于加深我们对上述疾病发病机制的认识,还有望为治疗这些疾病提供新的思路。本文综述了骨骼肌中脂肪沉积及其调控的研究进展和主要机制。
Under normal condition, there are a few lipid droplets in skeletal muscle. But in skeletal muscle acute injury, muscular dystrophy, muscle atrophy, obesity, diabetes and other pathological conditions, the fat deposition in skeletal muscle increases, which implicate that the fat deposition may play an important role in the pathogenesis of these diseases. However, the mechanisms of devel- opment and regulation of fat deposition in skeletal muscle are not clear. Clarifying the key signaling pathways and regulatory factors that affect fat deposition in skeletal muscle, and exploring new ways to improve the fat deposition in skeletal muscle will not only help to deepen our understanding of the pathogenesis of these diseases, but also provide new ideas for the treatment of these diseases. This paper reviews the research progresses and main mechanisms of fat deposition in skeletal muscle.
