钢丝缠绕液压胶管优化设计有限元分析 被引量:3

摘要 采用有限元分析方法,对4层钢丝缠绕胶管的钢丝缠绕角度进行独立优化。结果表明,每层角度变化对各层应力分布均有影响,某层钢丝缠绕角度增大,本层应力随之提高,而其他3层应力随之降低。利用这一规律,可以实现对钢丝缠绕胶管缠绕角度的优化,使爆破压力和变形都达到使用要求。已证明分析结果与工程试验有很好的相关性。 The winding angle of four-layer steel wire winded hose was optimized independently by finite element analysis method. The results showed that,the change of the angle of each layer affected the stress distribution of all layers. With the increase of the angle of one layer,the stress of that layer increased,but the stress of other 3 layers decreased. By using this rule,the optimization of the winding angles of steel wire winded hose could be realized in order to meet the application requirements of blasting pressure and deformation at the same time. The analysis results showed a good correlation with the experimental testing results.
