Construction of Dynamic Entrepreneurial Choice Model and Calculation of Competitive Advantage of Entrepreneurial Firms

国家十三五发展规划把创业型企业的发展列入国家发展的重要领域,并将辅以重点政策扶持。此背景下,文章试图对动态创业选择模型进行理论建构,并以此为基础,运用《中国民营企业发展报告》(2005—2015)的统计数据,对我国创业型企业竞争优势实施核算。结果显示,我国创业型企业的发展主要靠自有资本,银行信贷对创业型企业的支持力度较小;东部地区创业型企业对自有资金的依赖性要小于中部和西部地区,但银行融资能力和创新能力普遍高于中西部地区。

Developing the entrepreneurial enterprises is included in the key area of the national 13th Five-Year Development Plan and will be given significant policies support. Under this background, this paper attempts to construct a dynamic entre- preneurial choice model, on the basis of which the paper uses the statistic data from Report on Chinese Private Enterprise Development （2005-2015） to calculate the competitive advantage of China＇s entrepreneurial enterprises. The results show that the development of China＇s entrepreneurial enterprises mainly rely on their own capital, receiving less support from bank credit, and that entrepreneurial enterprises in the eastern regions are less dependent on their own funds than the central and western regions, hut their bank financing ability and innovation ability are generally higher than that of the central and western regions.
