要素价格扭曲对企业家精神影响的实证分析

Empirical Analysis on Factor Price Distortion's Influence on Entrepreneurship

文章以我国49个主要城市的面板数据作为观测样本,分别测算了在不同城市中资本、劳动、土地要素价格的负向扭曲程度,并研究了要素价格扭曲现象对我国企业家精神的影响。实证结果表明,要素价格扭曲严重抑制了我国企业家的创业精神,挫伤了个体和民营企业家的创业热情,削弱了市场对于要素资源优化配置的核心作用。另外,城市中固定资产总额、居民人均年消费、公共交通密度等因素对企业家精神表现出了正向促进作用;而实际使用外资数量、财政预算收入占比、货运量吨数则对企业家精神表现出了负向抑制作用。

Taking 49 main Chinese cities＇ panel data as the observation samples, this paper measures and calculates the negative distortion degree of the factor prices of capital, labor and land in different cities, and also does studies on the degree to which the factor price distortion influences Chinese entrepreneurship. The empirical research results show that factor price distortion seriously restrains Chinese entrepreneurship and dampens the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of individuals and private entrepreneurs, and weakens the central role of market in allocating the factor resources as well. Besides, such factors contribute positively to the entrepreneurship as total fixed assets of cities, annual per capita consumption and public traffic density, while other factors restrain the entrepreneurship, like real foreign capital usage, financial budget income percentage and volume of freight traffic.
