养心膏收膏成型工艺研究的Box-Behnken设计-响应曲面法优化

Box-Behnken design-response surface analysis for optimizing preparation technology of Yangxin paste

目的采用量化指标,优化养心膏的收膏成型工艺,控制膏方质量。方法采用Box-Benhn Ken中心组合试验和响应面分析法,以膏方的得膏率、膏滋含水量、膏滋动力黏度以及主成分转移率为评价指标,运用多指标综合评分法优选养心膏制备工艺。结果养心膏最佳收膏成型工艺为:清膏相对密度1.21,清膏与蜂蜜量比例为1∶1.51,膏滋相对密度1.40,在此条件下进行工艺验证试验,所得实际成型性值为95.28,与模型拟合值基本吻合。结论上述工艺合理可行,所选各项工艺指标稳定可靠,能够对养心膏的收膏成型工艺进行准确有效的控制。

Objective Optimizing the preparation technology and control the quality of paste by using quantitative index. Methods The coefficient of paste,moisture content and kinetic viscosity of decocted extract,principal component transfer rate as the index,using Box-Benhnken center combination test and the response surface analysis,utilizing multi-target grading method optimizing preparation technology of Yangxin paste. Results The optimum preparation technology for Yangxin paste were： The relative density of clear paste 1. 21,adjusting the proportion of clear paste and honey to 1： 1. 51,the relative density of the relative density of decocted extract 1. 40. Under the condition,the value of the preparation technology was 95. 30,and this value was basically agree well with the theory predicted value. Conclusion This technology is reasonable and practical,each process index is stable and reliable,can effectively control the preparation technology of Yangxin paste.
