收集近年来针刺结合抗抑郁西药治疗抑郁症的文献资料,从治疗有效率、起效时间、远期疗效和不良反应等角度分析针刺结合抗抑郁西药治疗抑郁症的优势,认为针药结合治疗抑郁症效果好、起效快、远期疗效好、不良反应少。但此领域的研究尚存在不足,需要进一步探究。

The author collected and reviewed papers on the treatment of depression by combining acupuncture with medicine in recent years. Combination of acupuncture and medication on the treatment of depression is confirmed as a therapy which has better effective benefits, shorter active time, more significant maintenance and fewer side effects, indicating a promising prospect for clinical application. Yet as clinical and fundamental researches in this direction still have shortcomings, future study is demanded to provide a deeper understanding.
