摘要
对近年来氧化白藜芦醇的研究进展进行总结。认为氧化白藜芦醇目前来源主要有天然植物提取、化学合成和生物转化3种途径,能快速被机体吸收且较低血药浓度就能发挥抗肿瘤、抑制酪氨酸活性,抗肥胖、神经保护等药理作用。
Oxyresveratrol, as a kind of natural polyphenol compounds, has many pharmacological activities. In this paper, the recent advances on oxyresveratrol were summarized to fully develop its application in medicine, health care cosmetics and food field. Oxyresveratrol currently produced from the main source of natural plant extraction, chemical synthesis and biotransformation, can quickly be absorbed by the body. Low blood concentration of it can inhibit tumor, tyrosinase, obesity, and neuroprotective effects.
