中医辨证治疗与护理对胃癌晚期疼痛的效果观察

Effect of TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Nursing on Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer Pain

目的:探讨中医辨证施护在胃癌晚期疼痛护理中的临床效果。方法:选取84例晚期胃癌患者为受试对象,根据患者入院顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。两组均予西医常规护理,观察组结合中医辨证护理;比较两组止痛效果及护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组3级疼痛均0例;0级、1级疼痛比率较同组护理前均增加(P<0.05);2级疼痛比率中,观察组低于同组护理前(P<0.05),而对照组低于同期护理前(P>0.05)。护理后观察组1级疼痛比率高于同期对照组(P<0.05)、而2级疼痛比率低于同期对照组(P<0.01)。对照组总满意度为76.2%,观察组为97.7%,总满意度组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照组疼痛总有效率为80.9%,观察组为97.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证施护在胃癌晚期疼痛护理中具有个性化特点,止痛效果确切,护理满意度高。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation and nursing care in the nursing of patients with advanced gastric cancer pain. Methods： The 84 patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into control group and study group, each group of 42 eases. The two groups are given routine nursing care, the study group combined with TCM syndrome differentiation nursing; comparison of analgesic effect and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results： After nursing, two groups of 3 levels of pain are 0 cases; 0 grade, 1 grade pain ratio than the same group before treatment are increased （P〈0.05）; 2 grade pain ratio, study group is lower than that of the same group before treatment （P〈0.05）, while the control group is lower than the same period before treatment （P〉0.05）, After nursing, l grade of the study group is higher than the control group （P〈0.05）, while the 2 grade of pain is lower than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. The total satisfaction of the control group is 76.2%, the study is 97.7%, the difference between the two groups is statistically significant （P〈0.01）. The total pain effective rate is 80.9%. the study is 97.7%, the difference between the two groups is statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing in the nursing of patients with advanced gastric cancer has lhe characteristics of individuation, exact analgesic effect, and the nursing satisfaction is high.
