硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压的临床效果及预后 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究硝苯地平联合硫酸镁对妊娠期高血压(HDCP)的治疗效果及预后影响。方法选取2014年9月至2016年8月在兰考第一医院治疗的妊娠期高血压患者102例,随机数字表法分为两组,各51例。对照组予以硫酸镁治疗,观察组予以硫酸镁+硝苯地平治疗。统计对比两组临床疗效及治疗后异常妊娠发生情况。结果治疗后两组临床治疗有效率比较,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.331,P<0.05);治疗后两组异常妊娠发生率比较,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.299,P<0.05)。结论硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压可提高临床疗效,并改善预后效果。
