摘要
对内蒙古白音华褐煤进行了200℃、1 h条件下的低温热风改性试验,利用红外光谱分析了热改性前后白音华褐煤的结构变化。结果表明,热改性很大程度降低了褐煤中的水分和氧含量,碳含量和热值也得到不同程度的提高;热改性过程中,由于受热分解使褐煤中的多种含氧官能团出现不同程度的降低;热改性还使褐煤中的芳香烃发生了取代反应,脂肪烃结构中的CH_2发生断裂,但热改性前后褐煤中羟基无显著变化。
The lignite from Baiyinhua(BYH) Inner Mongolia, was applied to investigate the change of this coal struc- ture before and after one hour modification at 200℃ with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis. The result showed the moisture and oxygen content were significantly decreased during modification process while the carbon con- tent and heat value were increased on different degrees. The oxygen-containing functional groups had different degree of reduction within the thermo-modification process. The substitution reaction of aromatics and CH2 bond rupture in ali- phatic were also found.
