摘要
以具有普适性的楼宇型建筑为研究对象,基于研究对象的设定体量,结合相关规范规程及资料,整理分析其相应的冷、热、电负荷。根据冷、热、电负荷需求,研究电、燃气直燃和分布式能源这三种供能方式的装机和运行方案。并基于电空调和燃气直燃型空调等传统制冷、供热方式的成本测算,对分布式能源系统的装机运行方案进行了完整的经济分析,对这三种供能方式进行了比较与论证,对分布式冷热电三联供能源方案的经济性进行了深入研究,并对分布式能源站的反测电价敏感因素进行了详细探讨,为相关政策制定提供依据。
The corresponding cold, heat and electricity load of a universal-type building construction was analyzed. Based on the set volume and the relevant regulations and specifications data, according to the demanded cold, heat, and electricity load, three ways of energy supply program, meanly electric air conditioning, gas direct-fired air condi- tioning and distributed energy were studied. Based on cost estimates of traditional electric air conditioning andgas di- rect-fired air conditioners, economic analysis of installing and running program of distributed energy system was com- pleted. Moreover, comparison and demonstration were carried out with these three energy supply methods;in-depth eco- nomical research on distributed CCHP energy program was also conducted, and sensitive factors for counter-measure price of distributed energy stations were discussed in detail, which provided a basis for policy making.
