摘要
[目的]对日本沼虾胰岛素样雄性腺激素基因(Mn-IAG)进行克隆及生物信息学分析。[方法]用RACE-PCR法获取Mn-IAG基因序列,用生物信息学软件分析该基因及蛋白的结构特征及理化性质。[结果]Mn-IAG基因编码175个氨基酸,该蛋白的分子式为C_(871)H_(1373)N_(255)O_(271)S_(13),理论等电点为6.94;没有跨膜结构域,为亲水性蛋白;存在20个磷酸化位点和2个劈切位点。[结论]Mn-IAG可能与细胞膜上的受体结合,参与日本沼虾的性别调控过程。
[ Objective] To clone mRNA sequences and analyze the bioinformaties of the insulin- like androgenic gland hor- mone (Mn - lAG) from Macrobrachium nipponensis. [ Methods ] The mRNA sequences of Mn - lAG were cloned by RACE - PCR ,the structure characteristics and physicoehemieal property of Mn -IAG mRNA and polypeptide wered analysed by bioin- formatics tools. [ Results] The protein encoded by Mn - IAG was 175 aa in length with the molecular formula was Cs71H1373N255 0271S13 and pI was 6.94 ; IAG was hydrophilie protein without transmembrane domain. There were 20 phosphorylation sites and 2 cleavage sites in IAG peptide chain. [ Conclusion] The Mn - IAG may be invovled in sex regulation of M. nipponere by hind- ing with its receptor of cell membrane reeptors.
