摘要
设计制作了圆形ETFE气枕模型,进行气枕粘塑性成形试验,得到气枕膜面高度与内压的实时变化曲线。基于Perzyna的粘塑性本构方程,对ETFE薄膜进行单向拉伸试验,得到材料拉伸曲线及屈服强度,通过MATLAB拟合得到Perzyna本构方程参数,利用有限元软件进行了数值分析,并与试验结果进行比较。结果表明:ETFE气枕粘塑性成形过程试验结果与数值分析结果吻合良好,运用Perzyna粘塑性本构方程以及非线性材料模型可以准确、有效地完成ETFE粘塑性成形过程分析。
ETFE circular cushion model was designed and the viscoplastic forming tests were carried out, the changing real-time data curve of pressure and height of air pillow were obtained. Based on the Perzyna model, uniaxial tensile tests were carried out on ETFE film while the material tensile curve and yield strength were obtained, thus constants of Perzyna simplified viscoplastic model were obtained by MATLAB. Simulation analysis of this cushion was carried out by using finite elements software. Comparing finite element calculation results to testing results, it's found that the test results and the numerical results are in good agreement in the ETFE cushion viscoplastie forming process, the analysis of ETFE cushion viscoplastic forming process can accurately and effectively complete by using of Perzyna viscoplastic constitutive equation.
