摘要
为了解决陶俑文物种类繁多、同类文物相似度高、管理困难的技术难题,本研究将荧光物质与高分子材料超声共混制成荧光防伪涂料,并对荧光试剂与高分子材料的复配比例、性能及其在陶质文物管理防伪标识中的应用特性进行了探讨和研究。结果表明:0.7%4,4'-双(2-二磺酸钠苯乙烯基)联苯水溶液与3%聚乙烯醇水溶液以体积比3∶5复配制备的荧光防伪涂料对陶质文物具有很好的防伪标识效果,同时荧光防伪涂料具有耐光性好、耐热性高、附着力强的特性,对文物的彩绘有加固作用,对文物的外貌影响小,是一种实用的文物防伪标识材料。
In order to solve the technical problems such as high similarity and difficult man- agement of various potteries, the fluorescent anti-counterfeit coatings have been prepared by ultrasonic blending of fluorescent material and polymer materials. The effect of volume ratio of fluorescent material and polymer materials on properties of anti-counterfeit and its application in ceramic cultural relics have been investigated. The results show that the anti-counterfeit coatings exhibit good anti-counterfeit effect on ceramic cultural relics when the volume ratio of 7% 4,4 ' -bis (2-two sulfonic acid sodium styrene) and 3% polyvinyl alcohol is 3:5, meanwhile, the anti -counterfeit coatings show good light fastness, heat resistance and high adhesion, strengthen the painting on ceramic cultural relics and have little impact on the appearance of ceramic cultural relics, can be used as practical anti-counterfeit material for marks of the ceramic cultural relics.
