摘要 为研究寒地城市住区布局形式对天然光获得量的影响,以寒地表城市多层住区为研究对象,选取了三种典型平面布局形式,采用了基于地域气候数据的新型模拟技术对建筑南立面中心各层窗口位置的垂直照度值(月平均和典型日)进行了计算,在此基础上动态分析和评价了各种布局形式的天然光获得量情况。结果表明,动态模型相对于静态更为贴合实际的气象变化状况。不同的建筑布局和时间段对天然光的利用存在较大的影响,应该在城市规划和建筑设计的最初阶段给予充分的关注。 To explore hte impacts of residential layout in cold eity on daylight availability,this study investigated the daylight availability( sunlight and skylight) of three various typical building layouts in residential urban areas with cold climates. Vertical daylight illuminance( annual profile and in four typical days) along the centre south facades was calculated by using Daysim,a Radiance-based CBDM tool. A dynamic analysis has been conducted. The achieved results showed there are significant impacts of building layout and various periods on daylight availability. It has been also suggested that the daylighting potential could be assessed at the earlier stage of urban design in residential areas.
