摘要
本文设计了由多个离散排布的扩展光源与单个透镜组合而成的LED路灯。其透镜的内表面进行了特有的磨砂处理,保证了离散光源出光光斑的均匀性。热学分析结果表明,在同样的功率下,该光源设计能有效地降低灯具模组的结温。道路照明分析验证了打样实测的配光曲线,结果表明该款路灯能满足国家道路照明的要求。这种基于低成本的离散扩展光源的LED路灯设计方案,能更好地在成本和产品稳定性之间取得平衡,为性价比高的LED照明产品设计提供参考。
This paper proposes a LED road light with discrete extended light sources and a single lens. The inner face of the LED lens is ground by special technology and it keeps the uniformity of the light distribution. With the same power supply, the thermal analysis results show that this design can lower the junction temperature of the module of the lamp efficiently. The measured IES is tested with DIALux and the result shows that this IES meets the standard for lighting design of urban road. The optical design based on discrete expended source strikes a balance between cost and product stability, and provides a reference for LED lamp with high function-price ratio.
