摘要 我们提出平面出光非旋转对称配光透镜的概念并设计出相应的透镜,这是一种新的设计方法。此类透镜可以用于隧道、道路等其他户外照明领域,由于透镜出光面为平面,给户外灯具的后期维护、擦洗带来极大便利,大幅度降低维护成本。透镜主要由内自由曲面、反射杯面及出光平面构成,我们从几何光学角度出发,分析了光线经过自由曲面及平面时的两次折射光路,精确地根据目标照明面的能量分布要求计算出了内折射自由曲面。这是一种全新的透镜,在恶劣环境的户外有极其广阔的应用前景。 The concept of non-rotationally symmetric plane lens is first proposed, and the corresponding lens is designed. Such lenses can be used for tunnels, roads and other outdoor lighting areas. Since the out- light surface of the lens is flat, it brings great convenience for the later maintenance and scrubbing of the outdoor lighting. Furthermore, it significantly reduces maintenance costs. The lens is mainly composed of inner free-form surface, reflective cup surface and outgoing light plane. From the perspective of geometrical optics, the two refraction paths of the light passing through the inner free-form surface and the plane are analyzed, and the inner refraction free-form surface is exactly calculated according to the energy distribution requirement of the target illumination surface. This new lens has an extremely broad application prospects in the harsh outdoor environment.
