摘要 本研究基于Dibble燃烧器,设计了一个可以改变单个喷油变量的积碳生成试验台架,测试了不同喷油条件下喷油器口的积碳生成情况,并进行对比;同时测量了喷油器积碳生成前后的流量变化,探索了喷油器积碳试验的试验程序,为进一步研究GDI喷油器积碳提供参考和依据。 A test bench that allows the study of carbon deposition by varying a single injection parameter was designed based on Dibble burner. Injector tip carbon deposition under different fuel injection conditions was tested on the bench and compared in order to understand the influence and the mechanism of each factor on the formation of carbon deposition. Meanwhile, the flow and spray characteristics of the injector before and after carbon deposition were measured, and the test procedure was explored. This study provides a reference and basis for the comprehensive study of the performance of GDI injector.
