铁路客车燃油输送设备模块化设计

摘要 本文介绍了一种铁路客车燃油系统的模块化设计理念,通过分析比较现有发电车与其它特种铁路客车的车上燃油系统,将燃油系统中原理相同的部分进行了模块化设计。逐步开展燃油输送设备的三维模型、管路阻力计算和校核以及主要零部件的选型,并使用有限元软件对支架进行强度分析。通过燃油输送设备模块化设计,减少了铁路客车的设计和制造周期,提高了车辆的装配质量和组装效率。 This paper introduces the modular design concept of the fuel system for rolling stock. Through the analysis and comparison of the existing fuel systems of power car and other special rolling stock, the modular design is adopted with the same principle of the fuel system. Other works including three-dimensional design, the pipeline resistance calculation and verification, main components selection, and analyse the strength of the bracket using the finite element software etc, are launched gradually. By employing the method of modular design for the fuel transmission equipment, the design and manufacturing cycle of rolling stock is reduced, and the assembly quality and the assembly efficiency of rolling stock are improved.
