摘要
针对盾构斜井管片力学性能试验的需要,设计制作了集加载系统、数据采集系统于一体的整环管片力学性能试验平台。该试验平台利用张拉钢绞线对管片施加环箍力模拟水压力,利用贝雷架和液压千斤顶施加集中荷载模拟土压力,利用数据采集系统测量管片加载过程中的受力和变形情况。通过现场测试,验证了该试验平台的有效性。
In order to test the mechanical properties of segment in the shield slant,a experimental platform which has a loading system and a data acquisition system was designed.In the experimental platform,the tension force is applied to the segments to simulate the water pressure and the concentrated load is simulated by the Bailey frame and the hydraulic jack.The force and deformation of the segments during loading were measured using the data acquisition system.The validity of the experimental platform is verified by experiments.
