摘要
广珠铁路虎跳门特大桥主桥采用(120m+248m+120m)连续刚构-柔性拱组合结构,跨越国家Ⅰ级航道虎跳门水道。在繁忙通航条件下钢管拱施工,进行钢管拱吊装作业,钢管拱提前组拼,大节段拼装,大吨位吊船分段吊装上桥。介绍了特大桥钢管拱施工的设备选择、大节段组装、水上运输及吊装、测量控制等施工技术。
Guangzhou to Zhuhai Railway Hutiaomen Bridge uses(120 m+248 m+120m) continuous rigid-framed flexible arch combination structure,across national level Ⅰ channel tiger jump gate waterway.In the busy shipping under the condition of steel tube arch construction,arch lifting operations,steel tube arch spellers in advance,coarse segment assembling,large tonnage crane ship block hoisting bridge.This paper introduces the steel pipe arch construction equipment selection,large bridge section assembly,water transport,lifting,measurement control construction technology,etc.
