摘要
为了研究北京地铁6号线廖公庄车站工程施工风险性,通过问卷调查、现场访谈等方式,对北京地铁6号线廖公庄车站工程施工风险进行了RLS分析,得出五级风险因素18项,四级风险因素54项,三级风险因素41项,二级风险因素7项,一级风险因素0项,并以此为基础,结合理论知识和工程实际经验,对超前支护等风险工程进行了相关风险管理措施研究,提出相关风险管理体系和切实可行的风险管理措施,在监督、监视方面设置相应的应急预案,提高了整个工程风险管理工作的系统化、规范化和信息化水平。
In order to study the construction risk of Liaogongzhuang station of Beijing subway line 6,RLS analysis of Liaogongzhuang station construction risk was carried out by questionnaire and field interviews.The results of 18 terms for fifth level risk factors,54 terms for fourth level risk factors,41 terms for third level risk factors,7 terms for second level risk factors,no first level risk factor were obtained.Combined with the theoretical knowledge and practical experience in engineering,advanced support and other risk engineering related risk management measures were researched.This paper puts forward the relevant risk management system and practical risk management measures like provision of the corresponding contingency plans in supervision and monitoring,which improve the whole project risk management work systematization,standardization and information level.
