桂朴汤挥发油成分的提取工艺研究

Research on the Extraction Technology of Volatile Oil of GuiPu Decoction

目的：研究桂朴汤中挥发油的最佳提取工艺。方法：运用单因素法，对桂朴汤中当归、白术等轻油药材和丁香、肉桂等重油药材进行单独提取和混合提取挥发油的比较试验，以挥发油提取率为指标，考察浸泡时间、加水量及提取时间对挥发油提取工艺的影响。结果：单独提取，药材加10倍量水，浸泡1h水蒸汽蒸馏法提取6h，挥发油提取率最高。结论：此方法方便，效率高，适用于桂朴汤挥发油的提取。

Objective To optimize the process of volatile oil extraction of GuiPu Decoction. Methods The study was carried out with single factor, a comparison test on light oils herbal materials of Angelica and Atractylodes and heavy oils herbal materials of Cloves and Cinnamon were extracted respectively and mixed, volatile oil extraction rate is a good indicator to observed the effects of soaking time, water addition and extraction time to the extraction Process. Results The optimized extraction process was that crude herbal mate- rials extracted respectively for 6 hours after soaking 1 hour with 10 times amount of water. Conclusions The optimum extraction process is convenient and suitable with high oil extraction ratio to GuiPu Decoction.
