小青龙汤联合复方甘草片治疗慢性咳嗽临床观察

目的:观察小青龙汤联合复方甘草片治疗慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:将58例慢性咳嗽患者随机分为对照组和研究组各29例,对照组患者口服复方甘草片进行治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上加用小青龙汤辨证加减运用,两组用药周期均为2个周,治疗结束后进行疗效评定。结果:研究组临床控制10例,显效11例,有效5例,无效3例,总有效率89.66%。对照组临床控制6例,显效8例,有效5例,无效10例,总有效率65.52%。研究组临床疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小青龙汤联合复方甘草片治疗慢性咳嗽的临床疗效较好,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiao Qinglong Decoction combined with Compound Liquorice Tablets in the treatment of chronic cough. Methods 58 cases of chronic cough were randomly divided into study group and control group, 29 eases in each group, the patients in the control group were treated with Compound Liquorice Tablets, the patients in the study group were treated with Xiao- qinglong Decoction combined with Compound Liquorice Tablets, treatment period was 2 weeks, curative effect was evaluated after treatment. Results In the study group, 10 eases were clinically controlled, markedly effective in 11 cases, effective in 5 eases, ineffective in 3 cases, the total effective rate was 89. 66%. The control group of 6 eases of clinical control, markedly effective in 8 eases, effective in 5 eases, inef- fective in 10 eases, the total effective rate was 65. 52%. The clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the con- trol group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Xiao Qinglong Decoction Com- bined with Compound Liquorice Tablets in the treatment of chronic cough is significant, it is worth popularizing.
