大剂量甲氨蝶呤化疗排泄延迟1例 被引量：1

摘要 大剂量甲氨喋呤（methotrexate,MTX）8~12 g/m^2化疗是骨肉瘤化疗方案重的组成部分,1972年Jaffe开始使用大剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗晚期骨肉瘤,使患者的5年生存率从10%~20%上升到60%~76%。
