摘要
针对目前大型变压器铁芯叠片工艺效率低、自动化程度低的问题,设计了一种铁芯叠片机器人,该机器人有四个机械臂、两个工位,可快速、精确地将硅钢片叠成要求的"E"字形铁芯。桥架是叠片机器人的关键部件,利用有限元仿真软ANSYS对桥架横梁进行了截面尺寸优化,使横梁在满足最大变形减小-12.1%的情况下,质量减小-22.57%。
With the problem of low efficiency,low-level automatization in lamination process of large transformer cores,the iron core lamination robot is proposed. The robot has four mechanical arms and two positions.It can quickly and accurately fold silicon steel sheets into the required " E"-shaped iron cores. The briage is the critical component of the lamination root,utilizing the finite element software ANSYS to make cross section size optimization of the cross beam,and the mass is reduced by-22. 57% under the condition that the maximum total deformation is reduced by-12. 1%.
