角度参数对多孔板旋流静态混合器流体力学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究一种适用广泛的新型静态混合器——多孔板旋流静态混合器的流体力学性能,对单孔倾斜方向角β和单孔斜角γ两个角度参数进行分析。结果表明:流体经过多孔板后,流场区域形成稳定旋涡;单孔倾斜方向角β使流体形成旋转趋势,单孔斜角γ是流体形成旋转趋势的必备条件,且单孔斜角γ是影响返混程度的重要因素。同时,对湍流强度和压降的分析表明:γ>6°有利于提高流场整体的湍流强度,但增加了流动阻力。 In order to study the hydrodynamic performance of a kind of widely applicable new type static mixer, i.e. porous plate cyclone static mixer, parameters both of the single hole angle β along slop- ing direction and the single hole bevel angle γ were analyzed. The results show that stable vortex were formed in the flow field after the fluid passed the porous plate, the single hole angle β along sloping direc- tion could produce a tendency for fluid to swirly flow, the single hole bevel angle γ was a necessary con- dition for fluid to the tendency, and the single hole bevel angle γ was an important factor affecting back mixing degree. The turbulence intensity and the pressure drop results showed that y of γ〉6° favoured the increase in the overall turbulent intensity of flow field, but also increased the flow resistance.
