盐胁迫对柴达木盆地梭梭生理特性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以清水为对照,设置10个浓度梯度的NaCl溶液培养基质,对梭梭苗木生长及生理特性进行盐迫试验测定。结果表明:不同浓度盐迫对梭梭生长发育都有一定程度的抑制,但不同浓度盐迫对梭梭生长发育影响程度不同;盐浓度的增加对梭梭生长发育抑制作用越明显,6.0%盐浓度溶液作为对梭梭抑制作用的拐点。最后针对试验结果,给出了合理化建议。 Taking water as the control, ten culture mediums of NaC1 solution concentration gradients were set ; salt tolerance of Haloxylon Ammodedron were determined for four years ; the growth & physiological characteris- tics were analyzed. The result showed that with the increasing of NaC1 solution concentration, the restrain effect was more severe. 6. 0% NaCl solution concentration regarded as the inflection point of the inhibiting effect. Fi- nally based on the test results, some related suggestions were put forward.
