摘要
轴承作为机械传动中的一个重要零部件,监测其运行状态并预测其使用寿命具有重要意义。以轴承监测为需求背景,以角接触球轴承为对象,利用有限元分析研究了轴承静态受力下的接触应力和变形,以及显示动力学下的应力分布和动态特征。分析结果对轴承的测点布置以及状态监测具有一定的指导作用。
Bearing is an important part of the mechanical transmission. Hence it is of great significance to monitor its current status and predict its service life. Taking bearing monitoring as the demand background and the angular contact ball bearing as the research object, this paper examined the con- tact stress under static stress and deformation and stress distribution and dynamic characteristics of dynamics by finite element analysis. The results might be of some guiding significance for the arrangement of the measuring points and condition monitoring.
