摘要
通过把相互独立且寿命服从不同的Rayleigh分布的两个元件串联,利用最小值分布法给出了串联系统寿命分布的定义。研究了密度函数的图像及性质,并得出了该串联系统寿命分布的数字特征。
Through cascading the two independent components whose life obeys Rayleigh distribution, we give the definition of series life distribution using the method of minimal value distribution. For density function of the distribution, the properties were discussed, and the image was presented with the Matlab software.
