摘要
采用猪伪狂犬病毒抗体检测试剂盒,对沈阳某使用gE基因缺失疫苗免疫的生猪养殖场进行猪伪狂犬病毒抗体检测,同时使用PCR方法对猪伪狂犬病毒gE基因进行筛查,对该场的疫苗免疫效果及病毒隐性感染情况进行评估。结果表明,该场猪伪狂犬病毒隐性感染率为11.5%;疫苗免疫效果母猪最佳,哺乳仔猪次之,育肥猪再次。建议该场根据试验结果调整免疫程序,并对隐性感染病猪及时进行淘汰、净化。
Porcine pseudorabies can occur in swine of all ages,especially in piglets,the prevalence and mortality rate can reach 100%.Thepigs with a latent infection become a potential source of pseudorabies. In this study,the antibody level and the gE gene of pseudorabies virus( PRV) were tested in a hog breeding farm,to evaluate the vaccine immune effect and PRV infection. The results showed that the inapparent infection rate of the virus was 11. 5%,and the immune effect of PRV vaccine was best in sow,followed by sucking pigs and fattening pigs. It is suggested that the breeding farm adjust the immune procedure and weed out the pigs with latent infections according to the investigation.
