脱油油樟叶栽培茶树菇及品质分析 被引量:4

摘要 为进一步扩大油樟叶渣栽培食用菌的利用范围,以菌丝长势、菌袋污染率、日均长速、产量、转化率为评价指标开展脱油油樟叶栽培茶树菇的研究,并对茶树菇品质进行分析.结果显示:脱油油樟叶72%、玉米芯10%、麸皮10%、玉米粉5%、过磷酸钙1%、碳酸钙1%、石膏粉1%为栽培茶树菇的最佳配方,其生物转化率达54.49%,菌袋污染率低于2%,菌丝生长速度为2.96 mm/d,所得茶树菇主要营养物质与市售茶树菇无显著性差异.表明脱油油樟叶用于茶树菇的栽培是可行的,且与传统配方相比,具有生产成本低、菌丝生长快、污染低的优点. In order to utilize de-oiled leaves of Cinnamoumum longepanicula-tum as cultivating material ofAgrocybe aegerita more effectively, mycelium growth vigour, contamination rate of fungus bag, daily growth rate, yields and transformation rate were selected as evaluation standard. The best formulation goes as follow: 72% de-oiled leaves of Cinnamoumum longepanicula-tum, 10% corncob, 10% bran, 5% cornflour, 1% calcium superphosphate, 1% CaCO3 and 1% land plaster. The results show that the transformation rate is 54.49%, the contamination rate of fungus bag is below 2% and the mycelium growth rate is 2.96 mm/d. Meanwhile, the nutritive quality and nutritional composition of product is the same as the samples purchased from market. The conclusion indicates that de-oiled leaves of Cinnamoumum longepanicula-tum can be utilized as cultivating material of Agrocybe aegerita. In compared with the traditional formulation, this novel formulation has advantages such as lower production cost, accelerating mycelial growth, reducing environmental pollution and so on.
