大别山连片特困区县域贫困影响因素的灰色关联分析

Grey Correlation Analysis of Poverty Affecting Factors of Contiguous Poverty Stricken Counties in Dabie Mountains

从县域层面出发,运用灰色关联度分析法,对大别山连片特困区36个县域2008-2014年间农业生产、农业收入、教育和医疗四个方面与贫困的关联度进行分析,判断各贫困影响因素与农村人均纯收入增长率之间的关联度。研究结果表明:第一,农业生产、农业收入、教育和医疗四个方面与农村贫困存在较强的耦合性;第二,贫困主要影响因素在空间上存在差异性,受人均农业收入水平低影响的县域最多,其次分别为教育水平低、农业生产条件落后,受医疗保障制度不完善影响的县域最少。

With the grey correlation analysis data of 36 counties in Dabie Mountain Area during 2008 -2014, we made a study of the poor agricultural production, agrieuhural income and education and health to determine the poverty impact of per capita The results show that the four aspects are strong coupling. It is concluded that the factors affecting poverty distributed differently in space, the low agrieuhural income per capita, the lower level of education. Due to the agricultural production conditions, the medi- cal security system is not perfect.
